Community Rebuild Project

Getting displaced homeowners back in their homes.

Some of you will rebuild the ruins of your cities.
Then you will be known as a rebuilder of walls and a restorer of homes.
– Isaiah 58:12

Our Commitment

After Hurricane Helene devastated our hometown of Boone, North Carolina, local churches, nonprofits, and community organizations stepped up to meet urgent needs with compassion and generosity. We are deeply grateful for the way our community came together in a time of crisis.

Our heart is to continue where immediate response gives way to faithful, long-term recovery. True rebuilding doesn’t happen through short visits or distant oversight, but through consistent presence, local relationships, and a willingness to walk with a community through the slow work of restoration. For this reason, we are committed to a minimum three-year rebuild—investing our skills, resources, and relationships to restore what was lost, strengthen what remains, and serve people with dignity, integrity, and hope while remaining rooted and responsive to our community.
